When you say dessert, it doesn't always have to be sweet. I like mine with a little kick of variety and flavor, something that will make it all the more special. So last Sunday, after serving dinner, I tried a new microwave recipe called Lemon Pineapple Creme. It tasted so good that even my friends said that I should quit my job and try baking instead. I don't know if that would be possible for the time being, but at least, let me share with you the easy steps to having a sumptuous dessert.

Use 1/2 cup sugar and mix it with 2/3 cup water with stirred cornstarch and pineapple. For 4 to 5 minutes, place it on the microwave set on HI. Wait until mixture boils and stir it twice while cooking. Add the juice, lemon peel and egg yolks and mix it with the cream cheese. Then cook it on medium low for 1 minute, and keep it uncovered. Use electric mixer to blend in the cream cheese. Let it cool while you start on beating the egg whites. When already frothy, slowly add 1/4 cup sugar. Fold it into a pudding and spoon some on desert dishes. Refrigerate it for a while before you serve your famous baking masterpiece of Lemon Pineapple Creme.

 Chocolates, they're sweet and yummy. But most of all, they remind us of innocent pleasure and of being a child once in our life. So for my next cooking adventure, I chose to do a Chocolate Kiss for my kid's delight and as a gift for my wife on our anniversary. I used to buy her chocolates but now, I'm making her one. I just hope this will sweep her off her feet, the way I used to make her feel.

In a 2 quart casserole, blend sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk. Place it on the microwave and turn it on high for 2 minutes. Then, mix well and pour into a buttered funnel. Don't forget to put a foil over the spout and use a rubber band to seal. Next, in a glass tumbler, put the funnel in. Place it inside the freezer to cool. And finally, when it's cold, set it with a foil to wrap over the big kiss. Now, that's a perfect family treat. But easy on the chocolates, take care of your lovely figure.

I never thought about food when my mom asked me to bite a tiger. Did she really mean it? Yes. She wanted me to know the taste of a tiger. She perfectly prepared it with here Amana microwave oven. "What, she cooked a tiger in it?" Yes again. She made a delicious microwave tiger butter for me, and I ate all its pieces. How did she do that? Let me share it.
Prepare: 211
16 ounces of chopped white chocolate
3/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter
1 cup of melted milk chocolate chips
This is how to create a tiger in your plate. Put and spread the butter in 15x10 inches pan, and set aside. Then, in separate microwaveable bowl, put the white chocolate, and melt it in your microwave at HIGH level. Stir from time to time to cook it evenly. Then, add the peanut butter and mix with the melted white chocolate. Stir again until they are mixed well.
Then, spread the mixture into your prepared pan, and sprinkle your milk chocolate chips. And this is how you will create the tiger; thoroughly stir the mixture until it will create a marbled effect (looks like a tiger). When you get your desired tiger skin, let it stand until it's totally ready to bite.

Just by the name of it anyone would easily suspect that this is a fine expensive recipe. But I'm sure you will be surprised as I was if you hear that this is only cooked using only a microwave oven. Anybody can prepare this Turkey Patties with Honey Cranberry Sauce.
1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. orange juice or water
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Natural chicken browning and
seasoning powder
For the sauce:
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. grated orange peel
In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, orange juice, poultry seasoning, seasoned salt, and onion powder. Mix them well, then shape into five patties. Place on microwave safe meat rack, and sprinkle generously with browning powder. Cover with waxed paper, then microwave (high) for 5 to 6 minutes or until done, rotating dish once. Set it aside while you rinse the cranberries and combine them with orange juice, honey, and orange peel in 1 quart microwave safe casserole. Cover with casserole lid and microwave (high) for 3 to 4 minutes or until cranberries are popped and mixture starts to thicken, stirring once. Serve patties with sauce, or if you desire, you can increase the honey in sauce, but calories will also increase. You can opt for canned whole cranberry sauce instead of the fresh ones. Use 1/2 cup with orange juice and peel and omit honey, then microwave for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until heated.

 Sunday meals are important for my family. It's because, Sunday is our family day. That's why I always prepare a delicious beef recipe for them. And Meatball Morsels is their favorite. This recipe is easy to prepare. It is appropriate for a busy mother like me. You just need the following ingredients to create 36 (or more depending on sizes) meatballs.
1 lb. beef (ground)
1 fresh egg
1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup of ketchup
1 tsbp. of parsley flakes
1 tsp. of onion powder
1 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of pepper
Like I said, it is very easy to make. Just mix all ingredients in medium size mixing bowl. If you think that all ingredients have mixed each other, create small balls of about 1" each. Then, in a seperate microwaveable dish, arrange at least 18 meatballs evenly.
In high level, cook the meatballs in the microwave oven for about 4 to 6 minutes. Stir the meatballs occasionally. Then, rotate the dish once in a while so cook your meatballs evenly. Then, drain the liquid that accumulated, and set aside the cooked meatballs. Then, repeat the same procedure on the remaining meatballs, until all of them are well-done. Serve it with spaghetti or toasted bread. Try it.

I have just moved into my new pad. This means that I still do not have enough cooking equipment to help me with my kitchen needs. My mom even drops by every evening just to bring me a decent dinner. Thanks to my boyfriend, who finally got me a microwave oven, I can reheat ready to eat foods. One night when I was really sick to get up and prepare a meal, my beau prepared a steaming French onion soup, perfect for my nasty colds. When I asked him how he cooked it since I don't even have a pot to cook soup on, he said he used the microwave to prepare it. Here's how he prepared the soup:
First he combined the butter and olive oil in one microwave bowl and heat it on high for one minute until the butter finally melted. Next, he stirred in pepper and onions and he, again, put into the microwave, uncovered, for about eight to ten minutes, until onions wilted. Afterwards, he then stirred in the sugar with the onions, then microwave for another eight to ten minutes.
Then, he combined the beef stock, water, and wine into the onions and he put it inside the microwave, again, until it is boiling. Finally, he poured the soup into a bowl and he topped it with toasts. He also sprinkled the soup with cheese, then cook it in the microwave on high for one minute until the cheese melted.

I love to drink a cup of coffee or chocolate at breakfast. I enjoy the aroma of coffee, and I also enjoy the sweetness of choco. And when my husband bought a new microwave oven, I searched on the web for a new recipe that will satisfy my taste. Then I found a real hot choco coffee drink. The combination is perfect to sip. And let me tell you how it's done, and prepare a cup for your loved one.
Ingredients:
1/4 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa (Hershey's is good)
2 tablespoons of water
1 cup of whipping cream
1 1/4 cups of hot coffee
It's simple to prepare. First, mix the sugar and cocoa in a microwaveable cup. Add water, then mix evenly until it becomes a fine paste. Then, microwave the mixture at high level for about 30 to 45 seconds. Check if the mixture is boiling, and it's enough.
Next step is to add the cream. Stir well until its blended, and put in microwave for another minute, or until it becomes hot. Then mix the cocoa mixture with a cup of coffee. Stir well, then serve a cup of your hot cocoa and mocha with a tasteful bread. It's so simple, isn't it? I know your sweetheart will enjoy this new taste.

I am a certified cake lover, and I eat a slice very often. I believe that most women and children love to eat cakes because cakes are delightful to the eyes. The picture of this food is my stomach's apple of the eye. Because of my love of cakes, I learned to bake different cakes. I can do it with my wonderful and ever powerful microwave oven. My microwave oven can do a lot of cooking jobs, and preparing a cake is one of my favorite tasks in the kitchen. Would you like me to share with you the procedure on how to make a Raspberry Cake? Prepare your ingredients.
1/2 cup of butter
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of raspberry (seedless)
1/4 cup of dairy sour cream
2 fresh eggs
1 1/2 cups of cake flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (this is important)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt
vanilla extract
Put butter as well as sugar in a big size bowl. Then, add the raspberry. Mix them together until they blend perfectly. Then, add the sour cream, and fresh eggs. Beat them well, until they mix evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix the baking soda, flour, and cinnamon, and the 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Then, gradually add this mixture to the first blended ingredients. Then, grease a microwave-safe tray, and pour the mixture. Keep your cake into high power level for about 5 minutes, or until you get your desired doneness. Then, let it cool, and frost it with Raspberry Frosting. Frosting is a mixture of butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and seedless raspberry. Spread the blended ingredients on your delicious cake. I must admit it. My family really loves raisins. I usually buy boxes of raisins, and include them in my different home-made recipes. These sweet black tidbits are the craze of the my kids. Especially when I make my Double Raisin Bread Pudding, my kids stay at the kitchen more than two hours just to eat their breads. I learned this delicious microwave oven recipe from an old friend. Would you like to try this at home, too? Here's how.
You will need:
6 slices of cinnamon bread cut into cubes
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups of milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup of sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon flavor
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1/2 cup of dried cherries
Start your work by heating your oven to 350 Fahrenheit. In a baking dish, melt the butter until the dish becomes greasy. Then, mix the cinnamon bread cubes and raisins in the baking dish, and set aside. In a separate baking dish, combine the rest of ingredients. Blend well all remaining ingredients until they mix up together.
Pour over the combined bread and raisins into the mixture, and set aside for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until they mix with the prepared mixture. Then, bake it but uncovered for about 50 minutes. It is done if the you will insert a knife in the center, and it comes out unstained; or it's already turned into golden brown. Serve it warm, with cold ice cream or fruit juice.

Who can get enough of chocolates? No one, I say. With so many gourmet chocolate products and food needing chocolate ingredients, the time has come to cut the preparation in half and make chocolate as easy as 1, 2, 3. Now, let me introduce to you how to cook chocolate fudge ala microwave. You'll need:
8 squares of semi-sweet choco
2/3 cup of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of chopped walnuts
Now, put the choco and milk in a microwaveable bowl and cook on high for a couple of minutes. Make sure to stir now and then after the first minuted has passed so that the choco becomes liquid smooth. When the choco has melted, mix in the rest of the ingredients: walnuts, salt, and vanilla. Then, spread the mixture into a pan and place in refrigerator for two hours. Let it cool and freeze until firm, but of course, we want to munch on something chewy so make sure it's not as hard as bricks. After that, it's ready to be cut and served. How's that, huh? Did I not tell you it's easy? It's just simple and perfect snacks for people on the go, and I am not exaggerating.

Who doesn't want a chocolate? Actually, so many people love to bite a chocolate. Many cholocate lovers can't live without a bar in their bags. And some even make some chocolate candies for a more exciting choco treats. And if you love to some choco flavors, let your microwave oven do the job. It's easy as your A,B,Cs. You will just need the following ingredients.
1 cup of butter (a margarine will do)
1 cup of brown sugar
2 fresh eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of instant oatmeal
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate tidbits
1/4 cup of finely chopped nuts for more nutty flavor
Just I mentioned, this is so easy to prepare. In an deep microwave bowl, put some butter and place it in the oven for about 45 seconds to melt. Then in the seperate bowl, beat all the ingridients, except chocolates and nuts, until they mix each other evenly.
Then, spread the mixture in the buttered microwave bowl. Scatter the chocolate bits as well as the nuts to decorate the top. Then, cook it for about 16 to 17 minutes, or until you get the desired doughy. One in a while, rotate the dish to avoid the overcooked sides. And when cooked, let it cool, and cut into small bars. Serve with cold drinks, too.

 As a mother, preparing delicious meals for your family is easier if you have all necessary cooking equipment in the kitchen. Aside from different sizes of mixing bowls and casseroles, you should also have a brand of microwave oven in your cooking den. And with an oven, you can cook all your microwave recipes in just few minutes; like the Swiss Steak. You can prepare it in less than 20 minutes. But, how are you going to cook it?
Prepare:
3 tbsp. of flour
1 lb. beef steak, round and 3/4 inch thick
3 tsbp. dry onion soup mix
1 tsbp. of brown sugar
3 tsbp. water
1 tsp. mustard
8 oz. tomato sauce in can
Powder each side of the meat with flour, and pound with a rolling pin. Then, cut the meat into four serving sizes or according to your desired pieces. Then, arrange them equally in microwave baking dish.
In a smaller bowl, make a mixture by combining all ingredients that remained. Blend them well until you achieve a good mixture. Then, cover the meat with this mixture. And after that, cover the food with safe microwave plastic wrap. Put the microwave oven in medium heat for 12 to 17 minutes, or until you get your desired tenderness. Then, let is stay for another 10 minutes before serving.

If you are a fish lover, I'm sure that you also like the taste of salmon. I really do. But, do you know that there are so many recipes that you can make out of a tasty salmon fish? Try to taste the Honey Mustard Salmon to be cooked in your nice microwave oven. Your family will definitely love this food, too. It's easy to prepare.
You will need:
6 to 8 ounces of salmon, steak-cuts
1 tablespoons of dijon-style mustards, or American-style mustard
2 teaspoons honey
1 pinch of mint thyme, or lemon thyme
To do this, put evenly the salmon fillets in a microwave dish. In another mixing bowl, mix all together the remaining ingredients. Then, spread in small drops the mixture over the salmon fish. Afterwards, place it your microwave oven on high temperature for 4 minutes or according to your desire tenderness.
After you remove it from your microwave oven, let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes before you serve it. Then, serve it with cold fruit juice or salad. You can make 2 to 3 servings.

I like the taste of beef. Although I admit that beef has a saturated fat, it is a good source of protein, too. That is why; if you I will choose between pork and beef, I choose the latter. And, if you are a beef-meal lover like me, you should have to taste the Italian Meatballs recipe. This is an easy-to-cook microwave dish that every one in your family will surely love.
The ingredients will be:
1 lb ground beef
3 slices of bread (ncluding the crusts, cut the bread into small parts)
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
In a big bowl, mix the egg, bread, and milk, then stir them until these ingredients combine. Set aside for at least 15 minutes. Then, smash up the mixture using a fork for smoother paste. Then, include all the remaining seasonings, including the parmesan cheese. Mix thorougly. Then, add the ground beef, and mix all together until the beef combine with the mixture. Then, form the paste into balls (meatballs) according to your desired size. Place them into a greased baking sheet.
In a preheated oven, about 400 degree, bake the balls for about 20 minutes. Every 10 minutes, turn them over. Remove the excessive water with a table tissue or paper towel, then, place them in a large microwaveable glass bowl. For a delicious spaghetti meatball, put 2 cups of Italian spaghetti sauce in the glass bowl, and stir again until the sauce has covered the meatballs. Then, cover the bowl using a paper towel, and put in the microwave for another 5 minutes. Stir occassionally, and put the microwave on low temperature for 20 minutes more; until it's cook.

 Macaroni and cheese is probably one of the most popular yummy meals that can be cooked in the microwave. I think the reason for this is that it is so easy and simple to prepare. Well, aside from that, it is also very delicious that you can eat it during breakfast, lunch, or even dinner.
To be able to prepare this delicious food, the ingredients you will use are:
-Four cups of elbow macaroni, cooked
-Four tablespoons of margarine or butter
-Two cups of American cheese or milk cheddar, grated
-Three-fourths cups of milk
-Half a teaspoon of salt
-One-eighths teaspoon of pepper
-Half a cup of bread crumbs, fine and dry
Put the cooked macaroni and two tablespoons of butter in your three-quart casserole and mix them well. Make sure that you stir it well so that the butter will mix with the macaroni. After that, you can now mix the other ingredients milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.
When all the ingredients are well-mixed, cover the casserole tightly so that you can cook inside the microwave oven for at least 12 minutes. Before that, make sure that you set your kitchen gadget on medium so that the heat is enough for your dish. You can only remove your dish from the microwave oven when the milk is thick and the cheese has really melted.
The next step is to put the other two tablespoons of butter in your glass measuring cup. Cook it on high for a minimum of 35 seconds and a maximum of one minute so that it would melt. Top the breadcrumbs and sprinkle on your macaroni. Wait for two minutes before you serve it.

Poached shrimp is one of the most delicious seafood recipes I have ever eaten in my entire life. Its richness and taste is unlike any food I have ever encountered. Once you have the chance of tasting this delicious food, the aroma and savor would not leave your mouth.
What is so great about the Poached shrimp is that it is simple and easy to make. You can even use your simple kitchen gadget such as the microwave to cook it.
The ingredients you will need to cook this food are:
-One pound of shrimp, it is preferred that they be left unpeeled
-One clove of minced garlic
-One tablespoon of chopped onion, finely chopped
-One crushed bay leaf
-Half a teaspoon of celery seeds
-two tablespoons of lemon juice
Now that you have everything you need, it is now time to cook this delicious meal. The first thing you should do is steam one pound of shrimps in your oven. Make sure that it has little water and that it is unpeeled. The reason for keeping its coating is that it adds taste to the recipe.
Get a microwavable container that is about nine or ten inches. This is where you can mix all of the ingredients garlic, onions, bay leaf, lemon juice, celery seeds, etc. Then, add the steamed shrimps in the mixture and stir them well. Make sure that the shrimps are coated with the other ingredients. After that, push the seafoods on the edge of the dish.
Cover the dish tightly before you cook it in the microwave for two-and-a-half to six-and-a-half minutes. If you are not able to time it, just wait until the shrimps are already pink. I love using my microwave oven to heat or cook my food. It is just so easy and simple to use, yet it can cook various dishes such as delicious seafood recipes, baked pastries, desserts, pastas, and a whole lot more. One of my most favorite dishes to cook in my hi-tech gadget is the Chicken Parmesan.
If you are interested to cook this meal for you family, the ingredients you will need are:
-Four chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (it should be pounded until only one-fourth inch)
-One-half cup of parmesan cheese
-One-and-a-half cup of bread crumbs
-Two eggs
-One-fourth cup of oil
-One-fourth cup of water
-Two cups of spaghetti sauce
-Two cups of Mozarelle cheese, shredded
In a microwavable safe pan, put the oil. The next steps are to combine water and eggs by beating them together and mix the parmesan cheese with bread crumbs. After that, place the chicken in your egg mixture and cover it with bread crumbs. Put it on the cooking pan and drizzle the oil left on the chicken.
Cook both sides of the chicken inside your microwave oven for two-and-a-half minutes. Place the saucy spaghetti on it and heat for four-and-a-half minutes more and put the cheese. You can now place a plastic wrap on it and melt the cheese.

 For you to easily cook this healthy and nutritious meal, the ingredients you will need are:
-three-fourths pound of beef, ground
-one garlic clove, finely chopped
-one tomato can, drained
-half a teaspoon of salt
-half a cup of cheddar cheese

-one can of kernel corn, whole
-12 olives

-one egg
-half a cup of corn meal, yellow
-a little bit of paprika
When you have gathered all the needed ingredients, the first thing you should do is mix the onions, garlics, and beef on the caserole. Put a cover on it before you place it inside the microwave. Heat it for about two minutes with the oven set up on 100 percent high. You can already remove the excess fat when the beef has already turned brown. Now, you can add the tomatoes, olives, powdered chili, corn, and the salt. Heat it again with the use of the microwave for four to six minutes before you stir it.
In another bowl, break the egg and beat it until it is fluffy. Add the corn meal mixed with the small amount of tomato juice you didn't drain. This mixture will be added to the meat. After that, you can now add the cheese and the paprika.

 Just what exactly is a gouda? It's a type of cheese that tastes a bit nutty when it's quite young, and has a tangy nuance when aged. Gouda is served in many gourmet restaurants in downtown New York. This delicious gourmet cheese is imported mostly from European countries, notably from Holland, France and Switzerland.
So if you'd like to eat something gourmet out of your home microwave, you can try mixing up your sandwich with Tomato Gouda Fondue. This recipe is so savory that you will relish it with your baguette up to the last drop. All you'll need is gouda cheese, a couple of Roma tomatoes, and finely chopped basil leaves.
Gouda is semi-soft so you can scoop it out of the shell and then set the shell aside. Then mix this cheese with your sliced Roma tomatoes and basil leaves. Set your microwave to High and cook the fondue in it for a minute. Stir it every now and then until the cheese begins to bubble. When the fondue is done, pour it into the gouda shell and serve it hot with your baguette.

 Here's one that you would love to go home to every day (if you love microwave cooking). The name of the recipe is " Microwave Beef Pie." The important ingredients are ground beef, chili powder, yellow corn, whole kernel corn and olives. Of course, the usual staples of tomatoes, chopped onion and shredded cheddar cheese remain.
Just crumble the ground beef in a casserole and throw in the onion and garlic. Microwave on high until beef is almost pink and cook, then stir in tomatoes, chili powder, and salt.  Last night, I decided to have a neighbor visit because my television is having a hard time functioning. When I went inside my neighbor's house I was really intrigued by the smell coming from the kitchen. I know it was seafood and something tells me that I am about to eat a lot.
Then, I was invited to have dinner and I could not resist the temptation. When the microwave oven was opened, I was surprised to see a fish covered with mushroom sauce. It was the first that I have encountered such dish. Undeniably, the taste was as heavenly as the smell.
