-one tomato can, drained

-half a cup of corn meal, yellow

When you have gathered all the
needed ingredients, the first thing you should do is mix the onions, garlics, and beef on the caserole. Put a cover on it before you place it inside the microwave. Heat it for about two minutes with the oven set up on 100 percent high. You can already remove the excess fat when the beef has already turned brown. Now, you can add the tomatoes, olives, powdered chili, corn, and the salt. Heat it again with the use of the microwave for four to six minutes before you stir it.
