I consider the proverbial kitchen as the most important part of my house. Lately, I have been engaging into
microwave cooking. One time, I
baked some pastries with uneven sizes. I was surprised to find out that the manner of cooking was uneven.
A friend told me that size is very important when cooking with a microwave. Even sizes of food will result to same quality. When
cooking foods in different sizes, the bigger foods have to be placed on top. Since acquiring that knowledge, I have started to craft perfect pastries.
